Onsite – Farnham/Hybrid
We have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter within trades & labour, construction, or M&E building services. Whether you’ve been working as a resourcer or as a 360 recruiter but would prefer to focus on 180 on the candidate side, we’d love to speak with you.
Working in a small, friendly team based in central Farnham you will be responsible for:
* Resourcing candidates via our database, CV Library and LinkedIn.
* Creating strong shortlists for our vacancies in a timely manner.
* Maintaining strong communication with your candidates throughout the interview process.
* Scheduling interviews and taking feedback.
* Closing candidates on offers.
