Landmarc Support Services currently have an exciting opportunity for a Third Party Supervisor to join the team at Longmoor Camp in Liss, Hampshire. This role will be full time and may be required to work some weekends, so we need someone that can be flexible. The role will support and supervise events on the training estate, this may include activities such as filming, motorsports or orienteering, to name a few.

We are looking for someone that can be forward facing with clients and customers, happy to be a focal point for Landmarc, when it comes to third party events. Pension

Main ResponsibilitiesDuties of the Role:

Conducting Safety Briefings
Client Recce’s to identify best suitable area
Handover / Take back of the areas
Ensure eventers comply with event plan / RA
Establish relationship with Authority Staff & End User
Driving and operating fleet vehicles 

Ensure that the Training Estate Facilities adhere to safe systems of work e.g.:

Control of access
Report and deal with unauthorised persons on the Training Area Estate 

Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective training area delivery e.g.:

Handover/ take back of facilities with service users including providing information on ‘maximising’ the facility
Direct and advise wider training estate users including the general public
Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems.
Carry out additional works in response to additional contract requirements (Fee earning)The Ideal Candidate 

What you know

Knowledge of Health and Safety such as COSHH, risk assessments and safe systems of work

Knowledge of working in a rural environment or ranges and training area

Experience of communicating with customers and stakeholders

What you can do

Work in a diverse multi-tasking mobile environment

Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives

Ability to complete documentation

IT skills, to include the use of MS Word
