Unusual role at a leading architectural practice, focusing on the technical monitoring and compliance of projects. The position involves working closely with the client team and main contractor to ensure design quality is maintained throughout the build process. It would suit a senior architect with lots of technical delivery experience, particularly in (but not limited to) the commercial office sector.
In addition to specific project focus, our client is also seeking someone that can work with their senior management team to support and develop:
- project technical audit processes
- in-house project research
- internal technical reviews
