Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently with a leading Aviation company within the recruitment of an AOG Coordinator.

The main responsibility for the position is to support our worldwide managed and subcontracted fleet of aircraft 24/7/365 in order to return the aircraft to an airworthy condition as safely and efficiently as possible.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an Aircraft Engineer to move into an office based position whilst still remaining heavily involved in AOG Maintenance activities and work a range of shift patterns, including coverage of other team members with coverage for the operation 24/7/365.

The main responsibilities of the AOG Coordinator are;

* Arrange AOG support from OEM and maintenance providers worldwide

* Use of Computer Aided Maintenance Program (CAMP) and Computerised Maintenance
Program (CMP) for defect reporting and work order generation for AOG and Non-Grounding Defects;

* Understand regulatory and company policies in order to ensure aircraft maintenance has
been carried out correctly;

* Assist with the management, control and tracking of Tech Log page defects, Hold Item List
(Deferred Defects) and Cabin Defect Log entires;

* Perform workpack review and ensure 'live CRS/RTS' data entry is performed accurately.
Complete archiving and ensure the maintenance tracking tool (CAMP, CMP) and
respective work order is up to date at the time of CRS/RTS;

* Support the Technical Service Engineers with line maintenance tasks as required;

* Review Certificate of Release to Service documentation during out of hours to
support the Technical Service Engineers;

* Any other ad hoc projects and tasks as required by your Line Manager;

* Representing the CAMO Department & L Services when both in and
out of the office with integrity and professionalism;

The ideal candidate will have

* Recognised apprenticeship, training scheme, aeronautical degree or equivalent experience

* Practical hands-on aircraft maintenance experience

* Knowledge of Part M and Part 145

* Ability to develop and maintain remote relationships

* Exceptional communication and questioning skills

* Attention to detail and organisational skills

* Analytical ability and problem solving skills

* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages

* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise a work load

Desirable

* Part M familiarisation training

* EWIS, FTS, SMS and HF training

* Maintenance planning experience

* Part 145 experience

* Experience in an AOG Support Engineer role

* Maintrol experience

* Knowedge of OTAR and IOMAR ANO regulations

* Knowledge of EASA Part M Subpart G

* Additional language skills asides from English
