SALES PROGRESSOR (NEW HOMES) – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Brighton, BN1
Salary: £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a great role for a Sales Progressor (New Home) with previous experience in residential sales coupled with excellent communication skills and a personable nature.
You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale. You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor and other agents. You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish. This is a Monday to Friday role with enormous potential and would suit someone who is or has previously been a Senior Sales Negotiator but would like their weekends back!
The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful, and thorough and have a good knowledge of the residential sales process, including exceptional problem solving skills.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor (New Homes) role will include:
Previous experience in sales progression
Excellent customer service
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge of the sales process
Ability to build strong business relationships
Confident in liaising with other sectors
The Company: Our client is an Independent Residential & Commercial Agent on the South Coast with an excellent reputation and several local Sales & Lettings offices in and around the East / West Sussex area
