Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Start Date: September 2024
Contract: Permanent

We are working with a dynamic and supportive SEN School committed to providing an inclusive and nurturing environment for their students. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team, working with students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support students with SEMH and challenging behaviour.

* Work with students with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).

* Provide tailored support to help each student achieve their full potential.

* Assist in creating a positive and safe learning environment.

* Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to deliver individualised education plans.

What We Are Looking For:

* Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

* Strong resilience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

* Dedication to supporting the educational and emotional needs of our students.

* Experience working with students with SEMH, Autism, and MLD is desirable but not essential.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
