Remedicare are currently recruiting for a Care Home Assistant Practitioner for our clients prestige nursing home.
This Care Practitioner role would suit someone already qualified in CHAPS looking for a new challenge or for a high-quality Senior Care Assistant who is keen to progress in their career.
The Care Home specialises in Elderly and Dementia Care and holds up to 55 residents.
They can offer competitive hourly pay, paid breaks, uniform and paid DBS along with additional company benefits for their care assistants.
You must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close-knit team who support each other.

Hours: 36 hours per week
8am - 8pm
Hourly Rate: £15.51ph
Responsibilities for Care Home Assistant Practitioner:
* Report on the well-being of residents and liaise with GPs and Support Managers
* Assist with medication, health monitoring, wound managerment etc
* Help with care planning and physiological assessments
* Complete, observe and review care plans and complete daily written reports
* Support training and supervise new staff members
Requirements for Care Home Assistant Practitioner:
* CHAPS Trained
* Minimum NVQ2 in Health & Social Care
* Previous experience in a care home or working with the elderly
