Night Multi Drop Van Driver
Menzies Distribution has an excellent opportunity for a Night's Multi Drop Van Driver to join our team based in Eastbourne.
THE DETAILS:
Job role: Night Multi Drop Van Driver
Location: Unit 10/11, Brampton Trade Park, Brampton Road, Eastbourne, BN22 9BN
Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Tuesday / Wednesday off)
Hours: 00:00am - 07:30am
Salary: £12.12 per hour
DELIVERY DRIVER DUTIES:
Delivering and Collecting Newspapers
Delivering to Customers in time, in the correct order and ensuring every parcel is accounted for via track & trace
Check the quality of packed orders
Manually unload and upload for delivery
Make sure the vehicle is loaded safely and within the legislation
Ensure security of the vehicle and goods contained during transit
Complete all documentation as per company procedure
Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy
Adhere to company procedures and policies
DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
Driving a 3.5t van and Multi Drop Delivery experience preferred
Held a full and valid UK Drivers Licence
No previous disqualifications for NI, DD or DR
Familiarity with most of the streets and commercial addresses
Physically fit to meet the demands of a multi-drop driving role
Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work
Undergo background check and alcohol & drug test prior to start date
