About the Role: The mainstream primary school we work with have a number of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including audio impairment and challenging behaviour. We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants eager to commit to a long-term assignment, including working 1:1 with SEND pupils for additional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Tailored Assistance: Provide personalized support to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships.
Collaboration: Work with staff to develop individualized learning plans and pathways to support student growth.
Student Improvement: Show commitment to improving students' social, physical, and academic lives.
Support: Offer necessary assistance to students, including 1:1 support for SEND pupils.
Adaptability: Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking in different environments.

Experience Required:
