An exciting opportunity awaits for a Utilities Administrative Assistant to join a rapidly expanding property investment and development firm nestled in North West London.
This role will be best suited for someone with strong administration skills and a excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have good sorganisational skills and must be comfortable with IT and communicating verbally and via email with clients.
This is a Mon-Fri office based role, 9am-5pm.
Key Duties:
* Check invoices are received correctly and follow up with suppliers if any problems arise
* Ensure all invoices have been posted to their correct files
* Reviewing and querying invoices
* Liaising with other members of staff to facilitate their requirements with various companies
* Collate meter reads
* Update spreadsheets via Internal Company App
Key Skills:
* Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Good telephone manner and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
* Good understanding of search engines
