Job title: M&E Quantity Surveyor
Remuneration: £55,000 – 75,000 per annum DOE
Location: Multiple Projects in London
O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background working with M&E. Our client are a very reputable M&E Subcontractor who are looking to on-board a permanent quantity surveyor, they have jobs located all over London and will allocate specific jobs to quantity surveyors based on location convenience.
As a quantity surveyor, your responsibilities will include estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. A key part of the role will be to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project, helping it to stay on track.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
* Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* Long stints in each job
* Prior experience working with M&E Subcontractors
* A collaborative approach and will always be punctual and reliable.
