POSITION: Senior Electrical Project Engineer
LOCATION: London
(Outside IR35)
START DATE: ASAP/May 2024
Our client is a leading Tier 1 company based in Central London and they are looking for a strong Electrical Project Engineer to take join a flagship project they have and take it through to completion.
Role/Responsibilities:
* Scope gaps
* Design review
* BMS knowledge
* Read, understand and scrutinise Specifications
* Assist with management of design stage
* Procurement of sub-contractors, kit and plant
* Investigate Value Engineering
* Assist with preparation of Contract Documents I.e. Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RFI’s, etc.
* Coordination and management of direct labour
* Instruct and coordinate site managers
* Progress reporting
* Overseeing commissioning and testing
* Working with Quantity Surveyor on Commercial Accounts
* Preparation of OMs for final project handover
