The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students to explore the world around them. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering engaging and informative geography lessons that foster curiosity and critical thinking.
* Planning and implementing a dynamic and differentiated curriculum to meet the needs of all learners.
* Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning and engagement.
* Providing constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their academic progress.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop cross-curricular links and enrich the learning experience.
* Participating in extracurricular activities and school events to promote a holistic approach to education.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Geography or a related field.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching geography.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Experience working in a multicultural school setting (desirable but not essential).
