Customer Service Administrator - £22,000 - £26,000 based in Colnbrook, Berkshire

Hybrid working – due to the office location, please only apply if you have your own transport.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join an extremely well established and successful courier company. 

Duties/attributes: 

Answering client queries via email and telephone.
Liaising with clients and delivery agents to progress deliveries.
Liaising with specific agents assigned to you, monitoring performance and reporting to the CS Manager.
Entering additional billing data on progressing shipments to ensure correct billing.
