Location: Cannon Street
Hourly rate: £12-14 an hour
Duties include the following:
Make outbound calls to shareholders of a public company who are considering voting.
Engage in conversations with shareholders to vote.
Conduct a targeted number of (Apply online only) calls over a two-week period, meeting this quota consistently.
Adhere to a scripted framework during calls.
Provide guidance and follow-up support to shareholders, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Handle inbound calls from shareholders who may call back with queries or require assistance.Candidate specifications/requirements
Strong customer service skills
Previous sales/ outbound call agent experience
Strong organisation skills and time management
Excellent communication skills - written and verbally
