In the summer 2023, our client moved from OHMS housing management system to an upgraded system NEC Housing. They are looking for an implementation consultant to help the 400+ users in using this new system.
The modules that went live in the summer include, but are not limited to:
Rents and Arrears, Repairs, Voids, Housing Advice, Placements, Allocations, PSL, Tenancy Management, Planned Maintenance, Mutual Exchange, Property Purchase, Service Charges, Lettings.
Most of the on-boarding of the new NEC housing has already been completed - but our client is now moving into a phase 2 of development, taking on new modules which include but are not limited to:
Asbestos Register, Asset Management, Choice Based Lettings.
36 hours, Monday - Friday, 9.00 - 17.00

Specific skills set required for the Implementation Consultant:
* Knowledge of housing within a local authority preferably within London
* Experience of training delivery for NEC Housing (previously Northgate)
* Willingness to travel to sites in Croydon
* Assist with development of training materials and aids
* Experience of classroom and virtual training
* In depth experience of using MS teams
* Support for end users - dealing with ServiceNow requests
* Planning training dates, venues, user management
* Training needs analysis and session design
* Course outlines
* Communication skills, helping users in their daily use of the system.
