Job Title: Photocopier Maintenance Technician
Location: Twickham
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photocopier Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in photocopier maintenance, with expertise in servicing various brands including Sharp, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and Riso.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide maintenance and support for photocopiers to ensure optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and repair photocopier issues efficiently.
* Install, configure, and maintain print drivers on workstations and servers.
* Set up scan to email and scan to folder functionalities.
* Possess basic knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, and group policy.
* Perform installations of new equipment at customer sites.
* Attend training courses provided by suppliers such as Sharp or other applicable vendors.
* Utilize IT and networking skills to support customer needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in photocopier maintenance.
* Proficiency in servicing Sharp, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and Riso photocopiers (experience with other brands is a plus).
* Strong IT and networking skills.
* Ability to install and configure print drivers on workstations and servers.
* Familiarity with Windows servers, Active Directory, and group policy.
* Experience with Papercut print management solutions (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
