Fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant or HR Administrator looking to work within a full 360-degree role. You will be joining a successful business based in the heart of Uxbridge and play an integral part of an established HR team, providing HR admin support across areas such as on-boarding new starters and sending out offers of employment and employment contracts.
Key duties include:
Joiners and Leavers:
* Acting as the main contact for the on-boarding process, including drafting contracts and offer letters, requesting references, and ensuring all other pre-employment checks and employee due diligence is carried out, induction training and hosting the first day of induction
* Onboarding new starters. Planning and diarising induction training.
* Ensuring personnel files are created and all documents are placed on file, archiving leaver files
* Managementemployee records through HR system and necessary housekeeping for non-starters and leavers
* Overseeing the probation process, including obtaining feedback from the line managers and scheduling probation meetings
* Assisting with maternity and paternity leavers and returners, producing letters ensuring the HR system and payroll checklist are accurate
* Conduction all leaving administration, responsible for updating the leaver tracker, ensuring diary invites are sent and leaver gifts are arranged
* Scheduling exit interviews
HR Administration:
* Managing all HR inboxes and acting as the main contact for all general HR queries, escalating more complex queries
* Administer the HR calendar key dates and reminders and maintaining organisation charts, responsible for organising and sending all HR Documentation
* Monitor fixed term contract end dates and prepare appropriate documentation
* Running reports from the HR system
* Posting weekly updates on the intranet system
Holidays and Absence Management:
* Acting as first point of contact for all sickness matters
* Running absence reports and ensuring sick pay is monitored
* Manage the annual holiday entitlements
* Schedule and attend interviews
Recruitment:
* Publish all current vacancies on the recruitment portal and social media platforms
* Assisting with sourcing candidates directly
* Liaising with agencies and managing the candidate process
* Managing the recruitment inbox
* Ensure that all recruitment administration is completed
Learning and Development administration:
* Assisting the HR officer with appraisal training options and scheduling and organising appraisal training
Salary and Benefits administration:
* Responsible for records on the HR system
* Auto-enrolment of all new joiners and management of pension and salary sacrifice opt-outs
* Assist with admin of monthly payroll documentation
* Assist with the benefit scheme administration
Policies and Procedures:
* Overseeing the organisation of all HR policies for review
General
* Administrative support for reporting, production of management information. Member of the wellbeing committee, including organising monthly events

What a wonderful opportunity to grow within a HR team! To be considered for this role you must have 6-12 months experience within an HR environment, have a degree or equivalent qualification (ideally within HR) and started your CIPD qualification.
