A very exciting opportunity with one of the worlds leading investment banking clients has just hit the market for a HR Knowledge Writer based in London.
Role: HR Knowledge Writer
Location: London, 2 days per week on site required
Rate: £400.00 - £475.00 (umbrella)
Duration: Contract through to 31st December 2024
The EMEA HR Service Transformation programme is a multi-million-pound EMEA wide programme across 19 countries and over 3,000 people that will transform the services offered by HR to become more dynamic, efficient, and effective with greater data and insights to enable greater strategic and consultive services to the business.
Your job will be the creation of internal knowledge content documentation and resources that will collectively form the establishment of a new organisational knowledge and learning support for HR service delivery.
Skills and Experience:
ServiceNow experience required and Sharepoint.
Experience working within Global or overseas teams.
Passion for transforming operational knowledge into engaging, accessible, and meaningful content for employees and managers.
Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships across all seniority levels and with internal and project stakeholders.
Excellent engagement skills; ability to effectively coordinate teams and individuals to support successful project delivery
Excellent organisational skills; effective prioritisation; timeliness of output
HR knowledge
Practical and willing to get involved in tasks, when necessary, to ensure objectives are achieved.
Ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure.
