We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our client in the hospitality sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background a senior recruiter in retail or hospitality - this is experience is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Volume Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various levels.
Job Advert Writing: Craft compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
Shortlisting: Review applications and identify the most qualified candidates.
Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview process.
Updating ATS: Maintain our Applicant Tracking System with candidate information.
Security Checks: Conduct necessary security checks where needed.
Line Management: Supervise and guide one team member.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter in the Hospitality, Leisure, or Retail sector.
Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to start immediately
