Job Title: Scheme Manager
Location: Westminster
Pay Rate: £20 Umbrella P/H
Job Type: Full Time Contract
The Role
Provide day-to-day management of the housing scheme.
Assist Care Managers in setting up and monitoring care packages.
Ensure residents enjoy a high quality of life with dignity and independence.
Perform daily checks (Monday - Friday) on sheltered accommodation residents and weekly checks on supported accommodation residents.
The Candidate
Strong person-centered practice.
Health and safety and safeguarding experience.
Excellent coordination and liaison abilities with healthcare and community service providers.How to apply
