Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Social Worker/ Advanced Practitioner to join a busy MASH team.
As an Advanced Practitioner in MASH, the postholder will be a decision-maker and provide management instructions and be accountable for the work of colleagues. They will supervise social workers and MASH Contact officers, provide advice, mentoring and modelling of good practice.
As an Advanced Practitioner they will also support staff, so they are able to safeguard and promote the welfare of vulnerable children. They will encourage commitment and practice in relation to inter agency working, lead in Training, Reflective Group Meetings and MASH Meetings.
