Customs Coordinator - Perishable Goods
Are you an experienced Customs Coordinator, seeking an engaging new position? This Opportunity might be ideal for you. Our client, a well-established freight forwarder is looking to expand their customs team. Junior Applicants with customs experience are also encouraged to apply.
Location: Hayes, London
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:30am - 6:30pm

You will check the data provided by customers against required source and advise on potential errors.
You will be creating job files, entering data accurately into customs software.
Using customs software to create import export declarations (such as CDS)
Track and monitor declaration status
Effectively and efficiently dealing with queries and concerns. Including liaising with all stakeholders in the process
Provide support and guidance on all the latest customs procedures.Requirements:
Previous experience working for a UK based Freight Forwarder or Customs Broker.
Customs qualifications and previous experience working with IPAFFS/PEACH, customs entries, CDS.
Experience as a Customs Coordinator or equivalent.
