Reach and counterbalance FLT Driver

Flexible People Ltd are urgently seeking two counterbalance and Reach Forklift drivers for a well known company based in Swanley.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday ongoing position & The shift timings are 11.00 am - 20.00pm Daily.

This role is for our well know, industry leading client that specializes in the distribution of wholesale cleaning products.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Operate both a counterbalance and Reach forklift to move materials within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
- Transport materials to designated areas in the warehouse
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the forklift as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Valid Reach and counterbalance operator certification
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

You must be well presented, own black or navy work trousers and t-shirt, a high vis vest and safety boots. You will be representing the company so excellent customer service skills are also of high importance.

You will need to be fairly physically fit as the role requires a some lifting.

You must have a national insurance number and be able to speak fluent English with a good ability to read and write.

Pay rates are £14.26 per hour including holiday.
