Role Overview

As an Administrator, you'll be part of a small team responsible for preparing high-quality information for the Quality Assurance team before their field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Learn how to create electronic information packs for various review visits.
Deliver information accurately and on time before scheduled visits.
Handle queries professionally or escalate to the Supervisor as needed.
Update the procedure manual quarterly to ensure it reflects current practices.
Keep all information updated and correctly stored.
Work with colleagues to regularly process relevant documents.

Requirements

Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay motivated and focused during repetitive tasks.Benefits:
