Job Description: As the Building Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating building services aspects of our projects. Your extensive experience in construction and building services will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our multi-million-pound commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead and manage building services aspects of multi-million-pound commercial and industrial projects from inception to completion.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of building services installations.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure all building services installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
* Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
* Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding building services aspects, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on all project sites, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
* Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any building services-related issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a Building Services Manager role within the construction industry.
* Strong background in construction and building services, with a focus on multi-million-pound commercial and industrial projects.
* Comprehensive understanding of building services systems, codes, and regulations.
