Our client has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget with them being a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for Remediation, Groundworks and RC Frames across the UK.
About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Planner within RC Frame & Groundworks to be based in their head office in Bedfordshire. As the Planner you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans for the construction of reinforced concrete (RC) frames and groundwork. You will be working closely with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful professional will report to the company’s Preconstruction Director and will be responsible for a group of projects across the U.K. Individual package values will range from £5 million up to £15 million each.
About the requirements
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or a related field.
* Previous experience with an RC Frame and Groundwork competitor
* Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, knowledge of Asta construction software.
* Previous Planning experience is essential for this role candidates applying for this position should have atleast 5 years previous experience
About the Benefits and Rewards
* Salary range of £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
