PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/ESTIMATOR
Pre-Construction Manager required urgently in Bedfordshire. (Office based but site visits are essential)
Will assist in the control, management and co-ordination of the pre-construction phase of a projects to ensure it is safely delivered on schedule, to budget and quality specifications.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card/SMSTS/SSSTS
Knowledge of procurment routes
Experience in tender and bid writing
Experience with client exposure
HNC/HND in construction and the built enviroment OR Certificate in Quantity Suverying practice.
