Position: Teacher of English
Levels: Key Stages 3-5
Start Date: September 2024 (or as soon as possible)
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) with potential for TLR for suitably qualified candidatesKey Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons to students across Key Stages 3-5.
Develop and implement engaging and challenging curriculum plans.
Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in English.
Assess, record, and report on student progress and development.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events related to English.Requirements:

A degree in English or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching English at secondary level; applications from both ECTs and more experienced colleagues are both warmly welcomed.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
