The company will look at experienced Demolition Managers who have worked themselves up from being boots on the ground to a Project Manager / Contracts Manager or Estimator role.

This is a full-time role. As a Demolition Estimator / Project Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, developing cost estimates, preparing bids, and collaborating with site teams. You will also be involved in project planning and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The skills required for the Demolition Estimator / Project Manager are:
* Strong knowledge of demolition processes and techniques
* Experience in demolition / pricing and project planning.
* Ability to interpret project specifications and drawings
* Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
