Hybrid working, Preconstruction/Tender Planner opportunity.

We’re working with a fantastic business who have exciting growth plans and are looking to expand their preconstruction team. They’re recruiting a Planner to work with the preconstruction team and advise on construction methodology, spotting risks and opportunities, create programmes and ultimately support with winning tenders and building relationships with new and existing clients.

It is essential you come from a background of working on site, delivering highways and civils projects giving you the experience to advise and come up with methods and programmes of work.

Key duties:

* Work with the preconstruction team and advise on tender strategy/construction methodology.

* Create resource loaded programmes.

* Identifying risks and opportunities with the team and creating solutions and communicating with all parties.

* Create a detailed programme which is compliant with the contract ready for bid submission.

* Support live contracts with delivery methods and programming.

* Work with supply chain to create a competitive and deliverable tender submission.
