Sales Valuer

Do you have any valuation experience in estate agency? If so we want to hear from you. My client is looking for a Sales Valuer for their office based in Reading. You will be joining a fantastic independent company, scope to make the role your own and supported to progress your career within this well-established agency.

Responsibilities for this Sale Valuer role will include:
Booking & carrying out valuations
Listing Properties
Offering a high level of customer service
Diary management and a good understanding of excel/word Skills & Experience for this Sales Valuer role:
2 years (minimum) in estate agency
Driving license is essential
Exceptional communication skills
Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
Valuation experience Benefits for this Sales Valuer role include;
Uncapped commission
£40-£50k OTE DOE
