Responsibilities:

Deal with customer requirements face-face, over the phone in a professional manner.

MOT and servicing scheduling

Updating customers with vehicle progress.

To promote additional additional workshop services or repairs where applicable.

Check account details, obtain order numbers from customers and many more.
