Practice Nurse

Background –  

Menlo Park are working with a highly regarded and forward thinking GP surgery, looking for a Practice Nurse for 2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced with routine Practice Nurse duties, as well as experience with Chronic Disease Management. There are no home visits and no extended hours and the practice is very supportive with regards to career progression and development. Salary – £31,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE FTE + NHS pension + 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Life Assurance + Income Protection + Enhanced Sick and Maternity Pay

The surgery –  

Very forward-thinking GP practice that will support you in whatever ways they can. 
Looking for 2 days (Monday and Wednesday) 8am-6pm.

Practice is always looking for ways to improve and develop. 

Your role –  

Essential experience as a Practice Nurse comfortable with all routine Practice Nurse responsibilities and Chronic Disease Management. 
Hours from 8am-6pm. 
Benefit from a very supportive team around you. 
No home visits or extended hours at all. 
Experience with Diabetes, Asthma, COPD etc but don’t need diplomas.
