Southampton – Applications Engineer – Electronics – £40-45k
My client are leaders in electronics and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing to meet the advancing demands of product development and are looking for an Applications Engineer.
Main Duties:
* Ensure the smoothest possible integration of the product into the customer’s device
* Provide a technical interface to customers both remotely and at their sites
* Support regional application teams
* Participate in product development
* Provide the basis & content for product documentation
* Provide constructive feedback from customers
* Project task coordination and planning
* Provide timely status reports on projects to project management
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience within an Applications Engineer type role
* Experience of firmware/software development
* Electronic circuit design knowledge
The salary for this role is £40-45k depending on experience.
