Job Title : Trade Repairs Supervisor
Location: Walton-on-Thames
Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum
Role Type: Permanent
Looking to recruit a Trade Repairs Supervisor to a leading Property maintenance Contractor based around South West London
Responsibilities:
Supervise Field Operatives on property maintenance and social housing contracts.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and work scheduling in line with company standards and SLAs.
Attend client and resident meetings as part of the company representation.
Manage the responsive repairs department to meet performance targets.
Oversee material costs and adherence to processes and procedures.
Conduct work inspections and analyze performance data and customer feedback.
Lead and develop the team, ensuring optimal staffing levels for service provision.Requirements:
Experience at a supervisory level within property maintenance or social housing.
Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively
NVQ in a trade related industry
SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
Full UK driving license
