Window and Door Fitter Finisher
Poole, Dorset
* Full time, permanent
* £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience + nights away allowance

This role will include all aspects of fitting our high-quality timber windows and doors with special focus on the finishing details: silicone application, minor damage repairs.
About the job:
The Norrsken Works Team sets and maintains our installation standard. We don’t leave site until everything is aligned, plumb, level, commissioned and handed over in working order and perfect condition. There will be some early starts and some late finishes. You’ll travel, stay away in comfortable accommodation and enjoy a generous night’s away allowance.
About you:
As a member of the Norrsken Works Team you will be critical to our success. You will have a background that is relevant to this role. You’re smart but you prefer working outdoors, with your hands, rain or shine. You are punctual, reliable, cool, calm and collected.
You’ll be great if:
* You have experience in repairing powder coated aluminium and painted timber and/or experience in the application of exterior silicone to a high standard of finish.
* You have experience in the application of silicone to a high standard or you have painted finish repairs experience such as Magic Man or similar.
* You are physically fit.
* You have some of these: UK driving license, CSCS, iPAF, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, Working at Heights, Manual Handling.
* You hold yourself personally responsible to get a job done and done well.
