Customer service advisor

Hooray are proud to be supporting an established energy advice service in Gloucester,  in the recruitment for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers 
Selling energy plans to customers
Ad-hoc administration 
Inputting data 
Have a bubbly, approachable personality
Qualifications:

Candidates from a hospitality/care background who are looking to move into an office environment are ideal. 
In return, we are offering a salary of £12.00ph. Please note, this is a full-time temporary position (37.5 hours a week).
