Simple Recruitment are hiring internally for a Key Account Consultant to join our wonderful team in the heart of Midsomer Norton on a permanent basis.

The job in a nutshell:
We’re looking for a hard-working individual who is keen to adopt our motto of “Finding Jobs for People & People for Jobs” in a timely, effective, and communicative manner following compliant processes and procedures at all times. As a Key Account Consultant, you will be accountable for achieving temporary budgets and targets each month.

Due to the nature of the recruitment industry, having a positive, flexible and resilient approach to all situations is essential in this role.

What you will be doing:

* You will manage all vacancies that arise or are generated on your desk and will have a monthly budget to attain to achieve your bonus.

* Sourcing and registering candidates who are looking for job opportunities.

* Writing job adverts, descriptions, advertising, resourcing, vetting, interviewing, prepping candidates.

* Consistently matching suitable candidates for vacancies you are working on.

* Finding work opportunities for candidates registered via calls with clients and regular liaison with candidates.

* Managing registered candidates. This includes keeping them informed of any new vacancies that they may be interested in.

* Ensuring full compliance of the registration process in all instances.

* Regularly communicating with active, lapsed, and lead clients via telephone, email and face to face meetings.

* Finding new business opportunities and increasing our market share in current clients utilising Neutral Vendor Systems.

* Ensuring fulfilment of vacancies received within the shortest timeframe possible to maximise revenue.

* Meeting with clients to check service level satisfaction, gain knowledge of client sites and build successful client relationships.

* Keep company database fully up to date with active vacancies at all times, making sure all activities are tracked.

Experience required:

* A sales/account management background and/or high-end customer service.

* Exemplary customer service skills.

* The ability to communicate at all levels.

* Previous experience working in a goal/target-orientated environment.

* Handling multiple priorities and working to deadlines.

Personal skills:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

* Impeccable presentation and professional manner.

* Ability to adapt to varying situations and change.

* A confident self-starter.

* Time management and organisational skills.

* Team player.

* Excellent attention to detail.

Salary:
Competitive plus uncapped commission.

8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
