Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00
Role Type: Temp to perm
Hourly rate: £11.60 per hour
gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit 2x Production/ Packing Operatives for our client based in Bristol, BS10. As a Production/ Packing Operative, you will be operating production machinery and processes as effectively as possible following all necessary procedures to ensure a good quality product.
Job Responsibilities:
* Day to day Production of the safest and highest quality product on the market today
* To complete given tasks using the Company guidelines, recipes and procedures to a high standard
* Completion of Production/Packing documentation to a company set standard
* Operation of production equipment/machinery after training
* Hygiene and cleaning tasks
The Candidate:
* Excellent Teamwork but also the ability to work unaided
* Adaptability and flexibility within the Company
* A strong understanding of “Clean As You Go” and general good housekeeping
* An eye for detail with a constant understanding of schedules and time constraints
* A high understanding of recording and recorded documents
* A good understanding of day to day tasks and specified roles
* Manufacturing experience beneficial
