I am working with an automation manufacturer in Dorchester, they are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. It is a great opportunity to join an innovative company, they are experts in high value manufacturing, and they have a world leading reputation. The Mechanical Design Engineer will design and develop robotic electromechanical systems using 3D CAD. The Mechanical Design Engineer will work on projects throughout the project lifecycle from concept through to production, installation, and test. They are offering the Mechanical Design Engineer, a salary of £30,000 - £43,000 (dependent on experience).
  
Requirements of the Mechanical Design Engineer:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering qualifications
At least 2 year’s mechanical design experience
3D CAD experience
Experience in machinery design or electromechanical design or factory/ process automation design
Experience with bills of materials
