My client is an award-winning engineering consultancy that specialises in design. They are one of the largest consultancies in the United Kingdom, and they work on both domestic and international projects. Their professional and sustainable approach to work makes them stand out from the rest, and they collaborate with their clients to take their projects from the initial design stage through to completion. With this opportunity, you will contribute to renewable energy projects, including wind farms, energy storage, and solar energy.

Qualifications:

BSc and/or MSc in Acoustics or a closely related field, accompanied by membership with the Institute of Acoustics
Possession of a valid UK driver's license
Prior experience with EIA-scale projects within the renewable energy sector or general construction environment
Proficiency in conducting noise assessments and surveys for energy infrastructure-related projectsResponsibilities:

Close coordination with all stakeholders to ensure proficient and seamless project delivery
Execution of background noise surveys and predictions to craft noise chapters for EIA and other supporting documents
Implementation of advanced problem-solving and best practice workplace methodologies to prioritize company integrity
Proficiency in collaborating at all stages of a project's lifecycleBenefits:
