Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, and other life safety systems, including fault finding and emergency call outs.
Produce defects and condition reports of customers’ systems and equipment to enable the Operations Team to accurately price and plan remedial and repair works.
Maintain effective communication with customers and back office to ensure all parties are fully informed of system status.
Provide informal advice to customers to improve fire safety and ensure understanding of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
Accurately record all activities on company software system, including capturing photos and updating asset registers.
Qualifications and Experience:
Full UK driving license
Experience servicing and fault finding on Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Willingness to learn, act with integrity, professionalism, and responsibility
UK-recognized training certificate relating to Fire Detection and Alarm systems would be beneficial
