Building Services Engineer (Multi-Skilled Engineer)
Based in Cardiff (Covering M4 Corridor)
Up to £42000 + Van + Bonus + Benefits
Leading Building Services Consultancy to the commercial sector are looking for a Building Services Engineer to join the team carrying out PPM, re-active and where required upgrades on offices across the Cardiff and South-West area.
The successful Building Services Engineer will require the following:
5+ years' experience working as a Building Services Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer on commercial settings
Demonstrate experience carrying out Mechanical and Electrical duties to maintain the smooth running of sites.
Ideally hold industry recognised qualifications from either a Mechanical or Electrical biased.
Full driving license and ability to work on multiple sites.
The Building Services Engineer will join a large existing team, enabling my client to manage site workloads effectively, a call out rota (after probation) of 1 in 7 is currently in place and additional overtime is available.
