Business Development Executive (BDE) Cardiff & NewportI'm currently working with a leading, national business solutions service provider.We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join a dynamic sales team.You will play a vital role in driving the growth of sales in your designated territory to support the continued growth of the organisation, leveraging an extensive range of products and services.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying, nurturing and converting new business opportunities, leveraging a multitude of avenues, including, but is not limited to cold calling, networking, attending industry events and utilising social media. You will identify prospective customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate how the company's range of products and services can address their challenges, leading to regular business and long-term partnerships.
We are looking for people with solution sales experience as you will be tasked with opening up high value accounts.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in sales, in particular new business development (any industry background considered)
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.

Solution sales background
Presentation skills
