A privately owned, reliable distributor of steel products across the UK and international markets are currently looking to recruit for an Inside Salesperson. You will play a pivotal role in the organisation, working in a dynamic team and contributing to their continuous growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and nurturing our client base, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups.
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails.
Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
Researching for new leads
Upselling products and services

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Full UK driving license
At least 2 years sales experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to work independently, organising one's own workload and tasks while demonstrating excellent initiative.
Proficiency in using IT system, including Outlook, Word, CRM, and out sales software (training provided)
