Gi Group are recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator to join office in Redditch.

The role is as follows :

* HR administrative supporting the HR Advisors for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employment changes and updates through to processing colleagues who leave the business.
* Updating and reporting on employee data.
* Collation of monthly changes to be reported to payroll for processing.
* Maintain and update notice boards
* Assisting the wider People team with a variety of HR projects.
* Right to work checks
* Support for all other general HR support activities.

Skills needed:

* ·HR experience is essential.
* Understanding of the HR function and key responsibilities.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop within your career.
* Analytical and Problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Highly organised with a proactive natured based approach
* Understanding of Kronos and SuccessFactors (desirable)

Hourly pay £12.29 p/h

Working hours:
Mon - Thurs: 7:45 - 16:45
Friday: 7.45 - 12:45
