About Us:

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a Building Contractor, who are looking for a Director to oversee their South West and Wales business, heading the growth plans across their various offices.   

Day to Day:

Our client a social housing contractor, who have various offices across the South West, are looking for a Director to join their South West business, to be involved to the development of new and existing contracts. 

They mainly work within planned & reactive maintenance works, for public sector clients.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Day to day management of a multi-million-pound budget across various locations and work streams
Budget control, business development and mobilisation experience - essential.
Planned works experience - essential.
Social housing repairs and maintenance experience -essential
Sector related qualification would be beneficial, although ability to demonstrate previous relative experience.
Must have strong leadership skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
