As an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:-
Build client relationships and account manage multiple clients
Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied.
Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.
Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
Develop relationships with your clients
In return as an IT Recruitment Consultant you will receive:-
A basic salary up to 45k DOE + bonus scheme
Hybrid working
26 days hols + stats
