Job Description: As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive growth.
SEO: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
Point of Sale Marketing: Design and execute point of sale marketing initiatives to boost in-store and online sales.
B2B and B2C Marketing: Develop targeted marketing campaigns for both business and consumer segments to maximize reach and impact.
Digital Design: Oversee the creation of visually appealing and engaging digital content that aligns with our brand identity.
KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Branding: Ensure consistent and cohesive branding across all marketing materials and channels.
Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
Events: Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and community events, to increase brand visibility and engagement.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the health or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, point of sale marketing, and digital design.
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
Proficiency in tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs.
Excellent branding and content creation skills.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and event planning.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
